Uses:-
1)Used in Herpes simplex infections.
2)To treat various nervous system disorders including spinal spasticity, multiple sclerosis, familial spastic paraparesis, and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
3)It is used as a dietary supplement for patients with mapple syrup urine disorder.
4)Its used in the treatment of rheumatic fever and toxemia resulting from pregnancy. L-Methionine helps eliminate fatty substances that obstruct arteries, including those that supply the brain, heart, kidneys. L-Methionine is a sulfur agent required for the production of Glutathione, and works most effectively when taken with B-complex vitamins.
5)Its used for rheumatoid arthritis, allergic diseases, ulcers, and anemia caused by kidney failure or kidney dialysis.
