Q-How can I place an Order on netforhealth.com?

Order placement with us is very simple & hassle-free, just follow the easy steps given below & get your order placed on our website within a couple of minutes:-

1) Search your required item in the Search box

2) Now select Add to cart option.

3) If you want to add more items in your cart then you can repeat the above steps, otherwise, you can simply click on the Checkout option which you see on the top right part of the website.

4) Now fill up your basic details. Select shipping & payment option of your choice, then click on the Place Order button.

After successful order placement, you get an ‘Order Number’ which you need to keep with you for further assistance from us.

Q-What are the ways using which I can place an order with Netforhealth?

You can order by using any one of the methods given below:-
1) Website
2) Mail
3) WhatsApp
4) SMS

For order placement using WhatsApp, SMS, mail, call etc.., you just need to provide us with the following details:-

  • Your Name
  • Required item’s name (with Required Quantity)
  • Shipping Address (with Area Pin Code/Zip Code)

Q-Which options are available for making the payment?

Customers can pay using any one of the following methods given below:-

1) Cards (Credit or debit cards)
2) Net banking (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
3) Direct cash deposit

Q-Can I track my order once order shipment is done?

Yes, you can track your order because once we ship an order; we give the tracking details of the courier company using which you can easily track your order.

Q-What are the Delivery Charges?

Normal shipping charges (all over India) – Rs.79.

Q-Does Netforhealth provide consultation services?

No.

Q-Kindly let me know about your office timings?

Our office timing is:-

10 AM–7 PM (Monday-Saturday)

You can order 24*7 with us.

So you can call us anytime b/w 10 am to 7 pm (Monday-Saturday) & if our office timing is off then no problem you can fill ‘Call Back Request’ form available on the website or you can leave a message on our Whatsapp # 9911283367, we will call you then shortly then.

Q-What if I am not at home at the delivery time?

In case you are not at home, please inform someone who can receive the order instead of you.

Q-What if my order does not get fulfilled?

From our side, we give our 100% to fulfil all orders & for the same reason, we have a variety of vendors with whom we make such things possible, If our vendors find it difficult to arrange an item then we talk to the company directly to arrange it for you.
However, it’s a very rare chance but still in case if we find it difficult to fulfil your order then we will fully refund your amount.

Q-What if I want to cancel or make a change in my order?

Order cancellation or change in an order can only be done before the order shipment. To cancel your order or to make a change in it, you need to give us a call at 9911283367 or send us an E-mail at mail@netforhealth.com with your order number/contact number.

 Q-How I can ensure myself that items provided by Netforhealth are genuine?

We ensure that our vendors procure the items directly from certified pharmacists and companies. Some of our vendors are reputed manufacturers themselves. Rest assured, we ensure that you get only genuine items that are well within the expiry date.

Q-What if I receive a damaged order? Is it possible to return that packet then?

Yes, if its damaged, then you can return the packet back to us. We will issue a full refund of the amount then, but product received should be returned back to us in its original condition i.e. it should be packed & unused.
