Description—>
Its used to disinfect the skin before any medical procedures, to treat minor scalds, burns, scratches, abrasions, cuts, blisters caused due to sunburn or infected and cracked skin. It is also used to treat inflamed gums (gingivitis), mild inflammation and redness of the oral mucous membrane that occurs beneath a denture (denture stomatitis), infection caused by candida fungus (oral thrush) and management of recurrent oral ulceration.

Killing as well as preventing bacterial growth. It kills bacteria by interacting with its cell surface.
Health advice—>
Do not use chlorhexidine gluconate cutaneous solutions on open skin wounds, broken or damaged skin or inside the ear.
For treatment of oral thrush and ulceration, treatment should be continued for 48 hours after the symptoms are resolved.
Consult your doctor immediately if you develop itchy, red, dry or inflamed skin rashes.
Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning to become pregnant or are breastfeeding.
