Collagen based nutritional supplement, Collaflex Pro plays a very good role in osteoarthritis. Together with Collagen it is fortified with Glucosamine and Vitamin C.
Collagen is a major constituent of Bone Cartilage and loss of Collagen leads to Cartilage damage and Osteo-arthritis. Collagen Peptides supplementation has important role in preventing and treating Osteo-Arthritis because it regenerates cartilage and provides strength in load bearing bones therefore, improves flexibility of joints.
