USES – Calcipotriol is used in treatment of psoriasis (development of red/silver colored scaly patches on skin). & Clobetasol topical is used to treat itching, redness, dryness, inflammation, and discomfort of various scalp and skin conditions, including immune-mediated skin disease with red scaly patches (psoriasis).

WORK – Calcipotriol is a synthetic form of vitamin D belonging to the class of medicines called ‘anti-psoriatics’. Calcipotriol lowers down the rate with which skin cells grow, thereby controlling the psoriatic condition. &  Clobetasol belongs to a class of medications called as corticosteroids. It works by reducing the action of certain chemicals in the body that cause inflammation.
