Hydroquinone : Inhibition of the enzymatic oxidation of tyrosine to DOPA leading to melanin formation.

Tretinoin : Inhibits Tyrosinase enzyme & helps in epidermal penetaration of hydroquinone.

Memotasane : Reduces the tretinoin induced irritation & also inhibits tyrosinase activity.
