USES – Terbinafine is used to treat fungal infections affecting fingernails, toenails and skin. & Clobetasol is used to treat itching, redness, dryness, swelling, and discomfort of various scalp and skin conditions, including immune-mediated skin disease with red scaly patches (psoriasis). & Ofloxacin is used to treat bacterial infections including upper and lower urinary tract infections, lower respiratory tract infections, skin and soft tissue infections and sexually transmitted infections (of urethra and cervix).& Ornidazole is used in the treatment of infections of vagina, urinary tract, intestine and other parts of the body caused by anaerobic bacteria (bacteria that do not use oxygen) or protozoa (amoeba or single-celled parasites). It is also used to prevent these infections during surgical procedures.

WORK – Terbinafine is an antifungal drug. It stops growth of fungi by inhibiting an important enzyme that results in reduced formation of ergosterol, a vital component of the outer protective layer of fungi which is essential for fungal growth. & Clobetasol is a highly potent topical corticosteroid. It reduces the actions of chemicals in the body that cause inflammation. & Ofloxacin belongs to the group of medicines called 4-fluoroquinolone antibiotics. It acts by killing the bacteria that cause infection. & Ornidazole is an antibiotic (anti-bacteria and anti-protozoal) drug belonging to the class of imidazole derivatives. It interacts with DNA inside the microorganism to cause protein synthesis inhibition and cell death.
