USES –

Aminexil is used as a hair regrowth (androgenic alopecia) treatment in men and women. It is also used in cosmetics to treat hair loss and to soften hair follicles. & Minoxidil topical is used for the treatment of alopecia androgenetica (male pattern hereditary hair loss) in men and women by preventing hair loss and promoting hair regrowth.

WORK –

Aminexil belongs to the class of medications called as vasodilator and potassium channel openers. It works by dilating blood vessels and opening potassium channels, thereby allowing more oxygen, blood, and nutrients to reach the follicle thus slowing or stopping hair loss and promoting hair regrowth.  &  Minoxidil belongs to the class of medications called as vasodilators. It stimulates hair growth in early and moderate stages of hereditary hair loss (alopecia androgenetica) by increasing the diameter of the hair shaft and stimulating and prolongating the growth phase of hair follicle (anagen). Minoxidil enhances blood flow to hair follicles thereby stimulating the growth.
